Make your stacks taller

Want some Girl Scout cookies?

Leaders, how tall are your stacks? My daughter is selling Girl Scout cookies. These stacks are the pre-orders going to different family and friends. As I was looking at the stacks, I realized that one of our family member’s support is totally out of proportion (in a good way!). Look at that stack! Reminds me of the greats I have worked for. They always supported me not in proportion to how other leaders support their staff, but way out of proportion. These people were all in on my success. Their leadership was like ordering 10 boxes of girl scout cookies (or a whole case). And, so I ask: How tall are your stacks? How much of yourself are you giving? Are you all in?
